3D Printing & Product Design

This section showcases projects developed through 3D modelling and additive manufacturing. I design models in Fusion 360, building objects from scratch or adapting existing designs, often incorporating licensed fonts, graphic elements and custom lettering to create personalised pieces.

The work spans both FDM and resin 3D printing, chosen depending on the requirements for strength, durability or fine detail. Many items begin as prototypes and are iterated through multiple versions to improve fit, print reliability and visual finish before moving into small-batch production.

Several projects combine multiple techniques, including multi-part assemblies, colour changes during printing, embedded hardware and LED components. Some pieces are also hand-finished or painted to achieve the desired visual effect.

Across these projects I focus on designing objects that are not only visually distinctive but also practical to manufacture consistently, with attention to tolerances, assembly and repeatable production.
